Team USA Training Up-date

Team USA; James Kent and Tom Allen and their coaches; Mark Erickson, Gavin Kaysen and Timothy Hollingsworth have been juggling there normal work schedules with the rigors of training that the competition demand. The Team are training in NYC at David Bouley’s super Test Kitchen and have done two formal presentations to the Bocuse d’Or USA Board members and several New York-based Culinary Council Members. In early June the Team, travelled to Geneva for the Bocuse d’Or European selection to have a first hand view of some of their eventual competitors. During the Geneva event, 12 teams were chosen from 20 participating countries.
