LABOR DAY WEEKEND in Yountville, CA

Thomas Keller and his Teams hosted the first annual end of summer celebration in Yountville to benefit The Bocuse d’Or USA Foundation. The festivities were launched on Friday evening with a spectacular dinner by Bouchon in the Culinary Garden across the street from the French Laundry… the first dinner every to be organized amidst the rows of blossoming zucchini, heirloom tomatoes and fragrant herbs! On Saturday, Chef Keller entertained the participants with a cooking demonstration at The Culinary Institute of America’s Greystone Campus, followed by a Champagne Henriot reception on the terrace. Other highlights of the weekend included a stellar meal at the French Laundry and a farewell Sunday Brunch at Ad Hoc.
