Bocuse d’Or USA and Hermes team up!
The Bocuse d’Or USA Foundation has teamed up with Hermès to create two limited edition printed silk scarves. The piece, called “à la gloire de la Cuisine Francaise,” or “the glory of French cuisine,” was designed by Robert Dumas.
Both scarves are currently being sold at the Hermès boutiques in New York and Los Angeles.
The scarves retail at $305, with a percentage of the proceeds from its sales will go toward the Bocuse d’Or Foundation.

Power Lunch: French Toast with Jerome Bocuse, Daniel Boulud and Thomas Keller
The Bocuse d’Or USA Foundation’s Board of Directors, renowned chefs Jerome Bocuse, Daniel Boulud and Thomas Keller teamed up with American Express for the popular Trade Only Power Lunch: French Toast at the Hotel Jerome in Aspen, Colorado during the 2011 Aspen Food & Wine Classic. Also in attendance were Chef James Kent of Eleven Madison Park and Nathan Guggenheimer from Restaurant Daniel.

Celebration Florida Exotic Car Festival – Jetport Party April 16
The annual Jetport Food and Wine Festival is unique among tasting events – it is held in and around a hangar at the Kissimmee Airport and includes an air show, exotic car and private jet displays, and a runway fashion show by Saks Fifth Avenue. The hangar was transformed to a massive nightclub for the evening, and the food was prepared by prominent Florida chefs and several Bocuse d’Or USA Culinary Council Members.
