The Foundation is committed to the recruitment and training of the very best young culinary professionals to represent the US at the legendary Bocuse d’Or Competition in Lyon, France every two years. The Culinary Team, like any other competitive team, requires a considerable amount of support, on a financial and logistical level, to assure that they can be on the top of their game and bring home a sense of pride for the USA!
